We are looking for people excited about working in the food industry. Interns are assigned real work projects with clear objectives and deliverables that have a significant business impact within the sponsoring functional area. You will work with teams and experts in the poultry and food industry while you apply your knowledge to real-world business situations. If you do well, you may be asked to join us after graduation.
The goal of Wayne Farms Internship Program is to give you a fulfilling and valuable experience in the poultry and food industry. Our interns will explore their career options while developing skills and relationships that will help them succeed after graduation. Wayne Farms offers a variety of internships in different disciplines to help ambitious college students take their first steps into the world of poultry.
Our internships are paid and include a living/housing allowance.
Requirements:
Our internships generally begin in May or June and run for 12 weeks. Your team may need you to travel to one or more of our 13 facilities throughout GA, AL, MS, NC or AR. You must be able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week. You may be required to work different shifts at times during the internship. We require all interns to possess strong computer skills. You must be eligible to work in the U.S.
